Skid Steer Loader Rentals

The machine in this video is not our machine, it shows the same model (John Deere 317) that we rent in use.

A Skid Steer is often referred to as a Bobcat, which is a name of a specific brand of skid steers.  Skid Steers get their name from the fact that in order to make a turn, the tires "skid" in opposite directions, one side going forward and the other side stationary or in  reverse.  This allows the machine to perform a zero-radius turn.  They are also referred to as skid loaders.

We offer the John Deere 317, a hard-working wheeled skid-steer loader, with lots of maneuverability and great all-around performance and productivity.  Our John Deere will outperform most comparable size machines, meaning you will get more done in less time!



A Skid Steer is useful for digging, grading, dumping and moving dirt, stone, mulch, wood chips, sand and many other materials.  They are used for construction, land clearing, land leveling.  On a job site or when doing a landscaping project, a skid steer is invaluable.  a skid steer can do the work of several men, from digging a foundation hole or moving trees to  carrying a full skid of material to right where it's needed. Add on an attachment like a Harley rake or yourk rake and your skid steer becomes a powerful grading machine

Landscape Rake / Rock Hound

Grade, level and scarify in close quarters. Break up lumpy soil and pick up rocks as small as 3/4 inch. Use it for ground preparation, for seeding, sodding, and lawn leveling-one pass coverage.

Picks up rocks down to 3/4 in. (19 mm) and larger, and most 1/2" rocks.
Hydraulic cylinder opens top cover - for easier dumping, and also allows the bucket and cutting edge to be used to push and scrape debris.
Rake bars provide better leveling by providing longer ground contact.






Pallet Forks

Move bulky or palletized material easily. Hook on a pallet fork and move your bagged or bulk material fast. In industrial plants and landscaping, handle baled or pallet materials. Also a handy attachment for the construction site. Ideal for all kinds of farm chores and fertilizer handling.
