Chipping Hammer

These handheld hammers are great from breaking up mortar or thin concrete up to 1 3/4"".

They use SDS-Max style points, chisels and carbide drill bits

Electric Jackhammer

The Bosch 11304K Brute Breaker hammer is the plug-in-anywhere hammer that doesn't need a compressor. It offers total portability, operating on a 115-/120-volt, AC/DC, 15 amp outlet or 2,500-watt generator. The grease-packed gearbox and hammer mechanism eliminate the uncertainty of job site lubrication, while the shock-mounted handles absorb vibration to reduce operator fatigue.

This hammer is great for indoor work. No compressor and hoses to run. But, it has it's limitations. It is great for breaking-up concrete that is up to 2 to 4" thick, beyond that thickness, we recommend going with a pneumatic or hydraulic hammer.
