XL1000 12" Chipper This unit has a chipping bed which is 6" higher than the BC1230A and the disc speed which is over twice the speed of the BC1230A. It is a 12" chipper, but the feed opening is 12"x17" to accommodate branches easier than the 12"x12" opening of the BC1230A

The BC1000XL combines an impressive 85 HP engine, a
large 12" x 17" feed opening, a clutchless PTO
and a rubber-torsion suspension for maximum performance in the
field. The BC1000XL also offers a noise-reducing design that makes it one
of the quietest and most productive chippers in the field.
